Dear all,  i am willing to issue cheque from my personal account to Johnson Lifts Private Limited for Rs. 29000/- and you can refund me the amount once changes are done in signatories. Agreement is with me and new signatories can sign & give. I will send the agreement paper through watchman. 

Johnson people have told they may not be able to service the lift if any breakdown happens. 

Considering the above i am proposing this

5. Srishti LIFT associated docs - AMC dockets, lift maintenance related invoices (Flat #11 - Mr.Jayachandran has been the SPOC who is been assisting the society)

7. Srishti society - metro water supply & sewerage cards (old ones) the latest one is with Flat #1, since he has been assisting the society in managing these periodical payouts & been reimbursed accordingly. 
8. EB cards (old ones), the payments have been made via online mode. The login id & password have already been shared.

Please go ahead and issue the cheque to Johson. I guess what you mean by agreement is between the society and Johnson, right? Please send it through watchman to get signed from me, Mr. Ramesh (flat 1) and Mr. Ravishankar (flat 2)

Please share the required letter / MOM draft as needed (that you have discussed with the bank) capturing full names & other details of the new team members taking over.
