Dear All,

Please be informed that the Association Treasurer Mr. Ramesh and the President Mr. Ravishankar are not part of the owners' mail id group. Mr. Ramesh don't have email id/access and Mr. Ravishankar can't be added to the group because he is not the owner of Flat 2. So, if you wish to address anything common to the association, kindly reach out them also or create a whatapp owner group and communicate or call for a meeting. Please don't assume that I can communicate on their behalf and/or act as a SPOC for the association.

What I meant to say that is, if you wish to address anything which is agreement or decision related with the owners through association, then they both are not part of this email id. So, please identify a way to involve them as well in the call. Hope this is clear now.

Dear Mr. Ravikumar
As far as house owners issues are concerned, presence or absence of Mr. Ravishankar(flat #2) is not relevant. 
In the case of Mr. Ramesh (Flat#1), he can be informed by others in the group in the same way as it was done for collecting the funds. 
This is my view.
This cannot come in the way of transferring my funds to my account
Please transfer the funds immediately.

Dear all,
This also pertains to the Corpus Funds paid by owners for only structural maintainence of the premises.
It is sad to note that these funds are utilized for other purposes as noted by the mail of Dr.S.Balaji, which include items like watchman salary, fuse replacement etc, which should be borne by the residents & not the owners.
Such being the case please refund the excess of my part if the funds lying in the collection of funds, of course including the amount for salary etc. as mentioned. The same may be collected from the residents on whose behalf it was spent.

I have been sending mails after mails but funds are not getting transferred to my account.
Kindly transfer the funds without further delay.
This request is not against any person.  
The amount was transferred to Corpus fund of Srishti Owners Association for carrying out repairs and maintenance of the building. The fund was created by the owners of the building. This fund cannot be utilised for payment to EB bill, watchman salary, etc. This is against the norms and principle for which the corpus fund was created. The payment to EB, Watchman salary etc have to be borne by the residents and not be met out of Corpus fund created by the Owners. 
Please understand the problem and difference in accounting principles. Do not take this as if I am requesting an individual to make the payment.
Since the money is not being utilised for the intended purpose, I am requesting for refund 
Please transfer the funds without further delay.
