Where is the exactly .db file if I use sqlite code in the example

If I use the code in example ,

I cannot find the exact file , where is it ?

Accordingly to
https://docs.sqlalchemy.org/en/14/dialects/sqlite.html#connect-strings,
that syntax is equivalent to sqlite://:memory:, and thus there is no
file involved.
