QGIS in Spyder

I have Spyder 5.4.4 installed and am really enjoying its use! I also use QGIS 3.32.1. How do I setup a batchfile to get the environmental variables necessary to get access to qgis.core inside the Spyder Console. Believe me when I say I have tried, unsuccessfully. a lot of things....but I am not batch file expert yet.
