Python Versions don't refresh

i already downloaded the new Spyder version, however all the times when i'm lauching it it always open the 3.7 version and informs me about a newer version.

I did the installation via the 64-bit windows installer, I tried via pip spyder update and even via conda spyder update.

In all three ways it was successful installed, however I have only the 3.7 version available. Am I missing something?
