Cant install scikit-image

Hii

I have problem opening image using scikit- image and probably it's because i cant install it.

I use :

#pip install scikit-image

from skimage import io

image = io.imread ( " .... " )

print ( image)

Is there anything wrong with it? when i run this , the error ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'skimage' appears

i would appreciate if you could help me
