[ANN] Spyder 5.2.2 is released!

Hi all,

On the behalf of the Spyder Project Contributors, I'm pleased to announce that Spyder 5.2.2 has been released and is available for Windows, GNU/Linux and MacOS X: https://github.com/spyder-ide/spyder/releases

This release comes thirty-eight days after version 5.2.1 and it contains the following important fixes:

• Fix using Tk backend on Windows with the IPython Console.
• Fix several issues regarding the IPython Console kernel restart, shutdown and bening errors handling.

In this release we fixed 35 issues and merged 45 pull requests that amount to more than 164 commits. For a full list of fixes, please see our Changelog.
