MacOS Big Sur 4.2.1 issues

Hei,

I installed spyder-notebook with pip3, not there is no way I can see the plugin being activated in Spyder. There is no panel to be activated nor file open option for notebooks to be opened. If I open an old .ipynb file, no notebook functionality is presented.

After messing around in spyder a bit I also found a problem with pandas. The Dependencies list does not show pandas to be installed. iPython console does not appear to see my pandas installation in spyder. This of course work with python3/ipython from terminal outsider spyder.

Please advice.
