Spyder notebook Error 404 : Not Found You are requesting a page that does not exist!

Hi:

I want to open a .iypnb (Jupyter notebook) file located in a different directory than ''/tmp/spyder-henry/notebooks", the current directory where spyder-notebook is running and I got the following error:

Error 404 : Not Found You are requesting a page that does not exist!

I am using Ubuntu 18 and installed Spyder directly (no Anaconda)

How can I change the local directory of the Spyder-notebook to a different location? I am using the bottom "Open..." located in the upper right area of the Notebook window.
