Spyder and Java

Hi,

I’m trying to get an imageJ instance up and running from within Spyder and have encountered some problems.

I’ve been asked:

“Does Spyder fork the Python runtime when you launch code? Or does it reuse the runtime? If it reuses the runtime?”

But cannot find an answer...can anyone help?
