Problem with connecting to personal GitHub repo from Spyder 5.1.1

Since GitHub switched to Two-Step Authentification I cannot push my changes to my remote GitHub repository using !git push origin master command in Spyder 5.1.1. (the same using 4.0.1 version). I get this:

Username for 'https://github.com':

I should be able to provide my username and my personal token but my keyboard does not work and I cannot type anything.
