"NameError" if variables are loaded via "Variable explorer/Import data"

All issues related to sypder 4.1.1

# Variables loaded via "Variable explorer/Import data" can not be used in the in my program code but in the console. Reconstruction:

# 1. Generate a pandas DataFrame and store it via "Variable explorer/Save data as".

# 2. load new kernel or rather a new console

# 3. Load the stored DataFrame via "Variable explorer/Import data"

# 4. Try to use this variable within a program code. A "NameError" should arise. If the command is executed within the console, then there is no error.

# Other topics:

# 1. copy past of error description window from "Help/Report issue" does not work, if whole text is marked 

# 2. Submit to GitHub button of "Help/Report issue" is not active (grey).
