Spyder not working due to Spyder-Notebook

I wanted to integrate Jupyter notebook into my Spyder IDE. So, I used  "pip install spyder-notebook" command which I found on this forum. Using this command in my Ananconda powershell Command Prompt, by runnnig it as administrator, I installed spyder-notebook but since after that my Spyder IDE has stopped working as well as the Anaconda Navigator even though I didn't even touch them during the process. Now I would click on Spyder or Anaconda Navigator and It wouldn't respond no error no running NOTHING. WHat should I do?
