Spyder for Corporate/commercial use?

Hi, I am hoping to set up and use Spyder on my work computer. My organization requires that any free or open source software is explicitly stated to be free for commercial use as well. Would anyone be able to confirm in writing that Spyder is free for both individual and commercial use?
