Unable to Import module

I have installed tensorflow_hub and set up the path in the Window 8 Environmental variable.

But when I run the command : import tensorflow_hub as thub

I get error message  Module not found.

But when I run the same from Python command line I am not getting the error.

Please help

You guys are truly amazing!

I am on windows but I want to move to linux in WSL2 or completely Linux to use Anaconda spyder.

Instead of Spider I started using other IDE PyCharm . It is working .

Stopped using Spider.

I wouldn't say that. Spyder works for you. If you would follow the instructions by Carlos, it would even do what you want it to do.
