Can't run multiple cells after updating to Spyder 4

Hi!

So after updating to Spyder 4, I can't run the next cell(s) before the first cell is done processing. E.g. pressing shift+return twice only rund the first cell without queing the next cell, which it did prior to updating to Spyder 4. Anyone have the same problem or know how to solve it? It's very disruptive for the work flow
