Jupyter notebook and Spyder

I have Spyder 5.3.3, Python 3.9.12 and what I believe to be an up-to-date installation of Anaconda running on macOS. I can install the notebook plugin with no errors but it fails to show up in the Panes dropdown menu - the last item on that menu is 'internal console'. Is there is fix for this?

Hi Jeremy, Did you have any luck finding info on how to use .ipynb while using Spyder 5.3.3 and python 3.9?
