Update Spyder 4.0.1

I have moved to Linux (Kubuntu), I'm sing Anaconda distribution and want to update spyder.

I tried the following but non successful

conda install spyder=4.0.1

and this is the result:

Hi,

To solve this problem you need to run first

    conda update anaconda

and then

    conda install spyder=4.0.1
