Spyder 4.0.0 pip installation not working

I just installed python 3.8.0 and installaed Spyder 4.0.0 with the command pip install Spyder.
In command prompt i try to load Spyder the Spyder launcher crashes.
In won't load !!!!!
Is there any solution please help meee!!!!!
