Spyder is not releasing the GPU memory after completing process

hye everyone 

                I am a new user I have an MSI RTX 4060 laptop and using (Python 3.9.18 (main, Sep 11, 2023, 14:09:26) [MSC v.1916 64 bit (AMD64)]

above spyder details but when I ran any program allocated the GPU memory to the program and completed the execution the spyder kernel did not release the GPU memory for the next process execution until I restarted the kernel. if I restart the kernel all data is erased and I have to run a program from the beginning. please anyone suggest to me the solution. I have tried the clear background, close cuda etc command but all is vain
