[ANN] Spyder-notebook 0.2.3 is released

Hi all,

On the behalf of all contributors, I'm pleased to announce that version 0.2.3 of the notebook plugin for Spyder has been released. This plugin allows you to use Jupyter notebooks inside Spyder. This is the third bug fix release in the 0.2.x series, which is compatible with Spyder 4.x. It fixes some annoying bugs and UI glitches. See the changelog for further details.

We recommend that you install the plugin using Anaconda, with the command: conda install -c spyder-ide spyder-notebook. To upgrade the plugin, replace "install" with "upgrade" in the command. An alternative but unsupported installation method is to use pip.
