Im brand new to queries. I was wondering if you could help me out with a couple. Both for ncaaf

First one is 

Home team favored ats record when line is 40 percent or more of total

Second one is

Favorite ats record  and over record when line is 40 percent or more of total

The ATS record for home favorites when the line is at least 40% of the total is:

S(points+line>o:points),S(points+line<o:points)@HF and -line>=.4*total
