Hi

Is it possible to run code that is based on NengoSpiNNaker on the remote machine (SpiNNaker service)?

Thanks

Hi,

We haven't kept that software up-to-date so far, so it needs a more local machine to run on I believe.  This could potentially be made to work on our Jupyter environment, https://sands.cs.man.ac.uk/, however I note that the last version of the software written was for python 3.4, so I don't know if it is likely that it would work with Python 3.13 that is installed on the server.

You are welcome to give it a go - and you can let me know if anything goes wrong and I can see what it would take to fix it!

Andrew :)

Thanks Andrew.  I’ve spent a lot of time recently trying to get this stuff running.  I made progress, but it’s not quite there, and this bug is yet another issue.  Teaching has reared it’s ugly head, so I don’t have a lot of time.  I will get back to it, but it may be a while.
