sphinx developer for website refresh

Hello sphinx community,

I am product manager for a software of which the website is done using sphinx.

If this is not the correct place for what follows, I would be really glad if you could guide me to the correct one.

At the moment I am looking to improve the look and feel of the website supported by a team of designer, but they do not know how to work with sphinx.

I am looking for someone who could take design recommandation as an input and work on our sphinx base to improve the website.

If anyone is intersted, please let me know, the project is really cool and a nice technical challenge.
