Hello,

I have the following problem when I try to build the html from (PO) using the following command: 
python -m sphinx -T -E -b html -d _build/doctrees -Dlanguage=ru . _build/html

I want to mention If I run the command python -m sphinx -T -E -b html -d _build/doctrees -Dlanguage=en . _build/html works great!
