A way to produce Sphinx docs from files with no suffix?

Hello,

Is there a way to set up conf.py to produce documentation from suffix-less files? In my case, I have a source tree with several files named Dockerfile, and I'd like my extension to be able to parse these.

Please disregard. I figure out all I needed to do is add 'Dockerfile' to source_suffix in conf.py.
