sphinx.ext.intersphinx (external) annotations questions

Hello sphinx-people!

1. Can I somehow have sphinx.ext.intersphinx complain about all the entries it does not recognize? I'd like eventually everything in documentation to be linked, and "silent failures" are complicated 😕
2. Why do I get "different highlight" for different attributes? I'd like to have the same format (hyperlinks, not banners)
3. Why is one int recognized, but another one isn't? 😕
