Filtering search results

Hi People

Is it possible to filter the search results of the sphinx documentation server? I have a complex document with ..todo:: and ..only:: internal sections and would not these appearing  in the search results panel (they don't appear in on my webpage).

Also, there seems to be a lot of markup present in the search results!

I can't seem to find any documentation about this feature. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm using sphinx 1.8.5 (so it will play nicely with sphinxcontrib-versioning)

Hi Andy,

Could you try it with latest Sphinx release please? If still happened,
it's a bug of Sphinx. So please file an issue to GitHub. I'll work for
it.
