Inclusion of a new Brazilian Portuguese language (pt-BR)

Hello,

I saw that in the official documentation of sphinx only the languages ​​English, French, Italian and Chinese are accepted, I would like a help from the creators, so that I can create the translation into Portuguese Brazil (pt-BR), I am willing to dedicate the my time on this project, in order to expand the use of the library in south america.

For this reason, I need to know the folder structure of the library and the steps that are necessary to incorporate a new language.

ví que na documentação oficial do sphinx só são aceitas as linguagens ingles, frances, italiano e chines, gostaria de um auxilio dos criadores, para que eu possa criar a tradução para português brasil (pt-BR), estou disposto a dedicar o meu tempo nesse projeto, afim de ampliar o uso da biblioteca na américa do sul.

Por esse motivo preciso conhecer a estrutura de pastas da biblioteca e os passo a passo que são necessários para incorporar uma nova linguagem.

So you are welcome to join the translation team at https://www.transifex.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx-1/ (your access needs to be approved first). However, it looks Sphinx is 100% translated into pt-BR.
