Modify PDF cover page when using rst2pdf?

I am making a nice PDF from my rst files by following the directions on https://rst2pdf.org/static/manual.html#sphinx. I have successfully modified some styles with a PDF stylesheet based on rst2pdf's default one. 

However, I cannot figure out how to modify the default cover page. I want to change the text, center some left-justified blocks, and remove the page number (although I do want the page number on all the other pages). Can anyone tell me what files or additions to existing files I need to do this?
