Hi,

I am having issue installing specflow extension on Visual Studio 2019 Community.

In Visual Studio 2019 > Extensions > Manage Extensions > Search for Specflow > Download

Specflow Version: 2019.0.46.15077

I open a ticket for my own IT team but they insisted me to ask for support here.

Even if the issue may come from our own IT infrastructure, may I know how to debug or find where is the root cause, so that i can give it to IT? Any log file that could help.

I attached the screenshot of what is going on...

At this point, nothing from SpecFlow is executed. That is the extension manager of Visual Studio.
I would assume something is blocking the download.

Try to download the extension manually from https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=TechTalkSpecFlowTeam.SpecFlowForVisualStudio and install the vsix then.

I did google before asking IT or asking question here... I had visual studio 2015 and install that extension normally but it did not work with 2019. For the record, I used 2015 with specflow 2.4 for 2 years and had no issue. The reason i need vs2019 is the company may move to use .net core in the near future, and buy the license for vs2019, that's why i am trying to do.

I knew it have something to do with company policy / firewall or something wrong with visual studio that i am not sure. That's why i am asking how to trace the root cause.
