Tandem2XML Unsupported search enzyme

Hi,

I was trying to use TPP 6.0 for an XTandem search, but the Tandem2XML failed. It said "Unsupported search enzyme". My enzyme was trypsin/P, so I set the cleavage site as [KR]|[X]) How can I solve this problem? Thank you! 螢幕擷取畫面 2021-11-12 115047.png

I am wondering why conversion to pepXML needs to restrict the search enzyme in any way, given that the search is completely carried out by XTandem. Could someone explain please?
