Issue:not able to spark-notebook

Hi All,

I am using Ubuntu 18.04 LTS, i installed spark-notebook (.deb), but i am not able to run the notebook, i gave command "spark-notebook", getting the below error:

I am completely new to spark-notebook, please advise to get it started

I would say that this is packaging error, and permissions and/or ownership for this directory/file is incorrect...

Why not to run spark-notebook from your own home directory, installed from tarball?
