Hi,

I am trying to install the notebook version 4.2 in a EMR Cluster. After following all the steps, when I open de browser in Safari or Chrome Zeppelin appears running.

Details:

- I normally use Zeppelin through FoxiProxi in Firefox in port 8890, but...
- When I brought up the cluster I deactivated the Zeppelin checkbox that allows to run it on top of EMR.

Any hint of what could it be happening?

Thank you very much

You must have Zeppelin running somewhere. So, you opened hostname:9000 and got Zeppelin? Could you have a port map defined that takes you to a running Zeppelin instance?

Ooooh, I just understood the mail... I'm so sorry -- the jetlag is rally hitting me.

Dean has a good one there, maybe the mapping isn't working well.

In all cases, what you could do is to change the port manually to whatever you like using -Dhttp.port=xxx.
Maybe, as I proposed you, we can discuss on gitter which is easier to share information about your problem

cheers
