error installing oneAPI compilers

Hi,

I'm trying to install intel one compiler using spack v0.16.1

 spack install intel-oneapi-compilers
[+] /Softs/spack/opt/spack/linux-centos7-skylake_avx512/gcc-10.2.0/patchelf-0.10-e7gd5bsm4smkodzfswk5rf4zcjcpufay

It seems that l_HPCKit_p_2021.1.2684_offline.sh is a 404 HTML file.

If you click on the link you get a 404... hence the HTML.  Looks like the link needs to be updated.

Can you reproduce this with Spack's develop branch? The URLs have been updated since 0.16.1

That's good to hear, but to make sure: you originally were saying there was an error with 0.16.1, and now it's working for you with no changes?
