Illegal Encroachment/ RWA’s Professionalism falls apart!

Dear Residents,
You all are observing that our society is going back to the same era of 2018 to 2021. You all will remember what condition the RWA of that time had made Vatika City into!
Today's RWA is also being run by the same people from remote and the society is getting worse in every sense.
Today's RWA made big promises about transparency and professionalism in the elections but all turned out to be lies.
- These people always kept making noise to reduce the electricity rates but now they have increased the electricity rates.
- Ever since this RWA has come, the monthly electricity bill, gas bill of all the residents has increased and from time to time they also levi some other charges and send bills in the name of other charges.
- Our CTO expired, they did not get it renewed and again penalty of thousands of rupees per day has started being levied, soon the amount will get converted from lakhs to crores!
- There is a foul smell in our basement and there is water everywhere. Needless to say Housekeeping has become a sham!
- Every day someone gets stuck in the lifts and there have been a lot of breakdowns, security has become worse. The way these people are working, the day is not far when our society will reach the condition of 2021.
The truth is that these people do not even think about working, their only aim is to file false cases against the previous team and mislead the residents.
No matter how many false cases or inquiries these people file against us, it does not matter nor are we afraid of it, because we have worked with full honesty and hard work during our tenure and I openly challenge them for the honesty and resilience that we have worked with!
Till now I used to think that these people are filing cases against me only to harass me and I had no fear or worry about it, I am answering everything they say with proof.
But now the way our society's land is being encroached and the RWA is becoming a silent spectator. This proves that their motive is something else. I had offered full cooperation to the RWA President through someone to stop this illegal construction and after that I had also sent an email asking what action RWA is taking on this, but the way the structure is being built at night and RWA is not saying anything, it is clear from that the whole matter is fishy!
Some people think this is a political matter but I want to make it clear that there is nothing political. This is a matter of our own rights, our security. Today someone is encroaching outside our gate, tomorrow someone will come and encroach our house, what will you do then? All the residents are requested to wake up, if you still do not wake up, it may be too late. If this RWA continues to work like this, then in two years our society will not be liveable and you will have to sell your valuable flats for a pittance.

UPDATE ON VITA SHOP
Dear all,
You must have seen the circular of VCAOA in which clarification has been given about the Vita shop. This circular is nothing but an attempt to throw dust in the eyes of the residents.
The RWA has also written in its circular that this land does not belong to Vatika City. This is completely false. *Behind the Vita booth, our electricity panels etc. are installed, there are small rooms in which some other electrical equipment is installed. All this land belongs to Vatika City, unfortunately which has been encroached by Vita.* You all must have seen that the entire structure has been built and a welding machine has been used to build it. The electricity of Vatika City has been used for welding it and we residents are paying the bill for the same.
Vita Shop does not have any electricity connection, you all can understand from where Vita Shop is getting electricity to run the shop and cold storages that they are maintaining.
*Vita Shop has been using our electricity illegally since 2009 against which we have sent a bill of Rs 4457801 to Vita and a case is already going on and in the High court. But now RWA is not pursuing this case and has put this case on hold. You all are wise enough to understand, why RWA is so kind to Vita, there must be some reason behind!*
The RWA is fully supporting the illegal occupation being done by the Vita people outside the out gate. When Mr. Bhath (DTP) came for taking action, even then the entire team of VCAOA was speaking in favor of Vita. I also mailed the RWA to stop this illegal construction and also sent a message through someone that I will help them completely in this work and all the residents will also fully cooperate with the RWA but the President did not give any reply.
The RWA President and those who run VCAOA remotely ( pretty evident) are also writing in favour of Vita Shop on the Vatika Times group. I had shared the screenshot of the same yesterday. After the screenshots were leaked from that group, the residents are also being threatened on the group.
If this illegal construction is not stopped, it will become difficult to even live in our society.
The RWA is not going to do anything to stop this because all this is happening with their blessings. If this has to be stopped, then we residents will have to do it together. Therefore, all the residents are requested to take out some time so that we can all stop this together.
*We all are in this together and I’m very sure like other issues, we will solve this one too with unity and understanding of the matter.*
