I want to buy good soil for planting in Big bags,

Where I can find the best soil in the best price?

How do you define "best soil?"  

BiMart sells "Outdoor Potting Mix."  It's probably the best value (least expensive) which meets the "best price" criteria.  For higher quality products, you're going to pay more.  Garland's has quality stuff and higher prices.  First Alternative has some quality options; also more expensive.  Will you be growing in pots or just doing starts?  If you're just making starts,  you can go with lower quality because your plants will be in the real soil soon.  Potting mix is not soil.  Soil is amazing!
