Has anyone put tasmota on one of these? https://www.amazon.co.uk/TP-Link-Required-Control-Devices-Anywhere/dp/B07GWWRK1C
I've done loads of Sonoff and Tuya devices but for my washing machine I want to use an outlet that's properly certified for a 3KW load, the TP-Link seems to fit the bill.
Can't find anything online at all about flashing one of these, which is strange, anyone know anything? Thanks

Is the HS110 based on an ESP82xx? Tasmota only runs on that chip.

Why not go for Shelly 1PM - upto 3.5kw.

Add a Shelly switch and you're good to go - no need to flash, just use app + built in MQTT and add to Openhab, Hassio, Homeassistant, Node Red, etc.

The fact that nobody had ever posted anywhere on the Internet about Tasmota on TP-Link was the likely answer to the OP's question... I just could not confirm.

I had a couple of TP-Link plugs and they worked great with openHAB. I've since replaced them just to standardize on Tasmota.

No I took mine apart (not easy) and decided to put it back together. I use the openHAB TP-Link binding to control it and read the data. I use Google Home to voice control it and don’t use the app at all.

I guess it isn't, that would explain the absence of any attempt at flashing it.
I've ordered one anyway to have a play with in Home Assistant, I'll take it apart and see what I can see inside.

That's probably the best option, can't find any "known brand" UK outlet that's properly rated for 250v 13A apart from the tp-link.

I opened the TP-Link Smart WiFi Plug and after assessing put it back together.  Now I am looking to give someone the two units that I have.
