Help with TTGO T-Relay ESP32 LILYGO not getting cmnd in MQTT

Hi All, Since I have decided that i will transform EVERYTHING to tasmota on my network - I have now started a VERY big work for my self  and I am sure that it will worth every minute of it.
I have now worked on my TTGO T-Relay ESP32 LILYGO®️ and I could not find a template to work with - I have tried to do my best.. But it seems NOT good enough. I have set it up also with MQTT and then I wanted to have it work with Home Assistant - HERE I came out with not got result.  I do NOT have any cmnd lines in my MQTT at all. I am sure that I did something wrong - All 4 Relays works as they should from the Tasmota web interface - But, there is NO cmnd topic change when I click on the buttons even though the relay status on the board changed.
I have flashed tasmota using the Online web with the latest 10.1.0 version. I have setup both Template and module and I have this:

I am not even sure that I have done the right settings here - I do NOT have the cmnd at all on none of my relays. Please assist. thanks

First of all I'd only use a Template once you are confident that you know that it's right and those Template settings don't look right.
Take a screenshot of the Configuration>Configure Module page because only then can we be sure about how the GPIO have been allocated.
Many first timers come on saying that they used XYZ Template and it's not working correctly and, yes, they've uploaded it but not activated it which is why the screenshot is helpful.
Once we know how it's set up we might be able to help.

Thanks Philip, happy new year.
I have managed to setup the TTGO T-Relay with the edxact templet I have sent
{"NAME":"TTGO-T-Relay","GPIO":[1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,0,1,1,1,0,0,0,0,1,1,1,1,1,0,0,1],"FLAG":0,"BASE":1} <--- This actually works.
and Works great! and I also set the same GPIO on the Module - GPIO05 and GPIO18,19 and21 are all set for the four relays as can be seen in the temple. (I have merged both template and module settings and changed the template name only from "merged" to the one as shown above)
I have not done any changes at all to my Template nor my Module settings and I have made it to work the change I needed was to have a configuration on my MQTT bridge, that is located on another VLAN, to have a full Duplex communication with the main MQTT Server.  And after setting the bridge docker MQTT on the VLAN I was able to control the device without any issues. One line was missing in my MQTT settings :)
Now I am also able to control it using Alexa and Google Home - via my Home Assistant.
I LOVE Tasmota! makes everything happen.

Can I ask how you managed to flash the device initially?  I regularly use either Tasmotiser or the new web flashing tool but  with the relay board my PC reports  - USB device not recognised.
Any help or advice would be welcome.

I use the Espressif tool for a standard bin.

It will flash 8266s and 32s

BrianD - "USB device not recognised".
Are you using TTGO T-Relay ESP32 LILYGO board?
Looks like you need to use the T-U2T dongle shown in the pictures to make it a USB/Serial device.
