Trying to flash this with Tasmotizer. Not had any issues doing his with other devices, but I'm getting...

Invalid head of packet (0x46)

When I start.

Any help?

Normally caused by not getting properly into boot mode but with this being based on an ESP32 (and having a display) it could be not enough power being available from the flasher.

Hi,
I'm also trying to flash this panel.

Tasmotizer 1.2 gives that same error for me.

ESPHome-Flasher-1.4.0-Windows-x64 eventually gives an error -
Unexpected error: Error while retrieving firmware file 'https://raw.githubusercontent.com/espressif/arduino-esp32/1.0.4/tools/sdk/bin/bootloader_dout_40m.bin': HTTPSConnectionPool(host='raw.githubusercontent.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /espressif/arduino-esp32/1.0.4/tools/sdk/bin/bootloader_dout_40m.bin (Caused by SSLError(SSLEOFError(8, 'EOF occurred in violation of protocol (_ssl.c:1129)')))

The web flasher/installer https://tasmota.github.io/install/ flashes to completion, but goes into a reboot loop.
Power cycling the device does not solve the issue for me.

That sounds like you haven’t correctly specified the file location. I’d try this tool

Tools | Espressif Systems

All OK now!
I'd followed Blakadder's guide using the web installer, but tried to restart without the panel connected.
Reconnecting the panel and powering with 5v through the 8-pin connecter was the answer.
