Tasmota with Admin or User GUI

Hi everybody

I have the following problem with Tasmota 10.0.0 and a Shelly 2.5:

The web GUI has two modes, "admin" and "user".  Normally, the GUI "user" should be displayed, so I give the command "WebServer 1". But now I would like to set for example  a different timer with the console of the GUI, , so I have to come into the "admin » mode. To do this, I have to enter the command "WebServer 2", but I can't do that. A serial connection is not possible. Perhaps MQTT with Node-Red? But how?

This is sort of covered at the start of the Commands page in the 'with Web Requests' section. You need to send the webserver 2 command prefixed by the admin username and password.

Thanks Phil for your quick reply. However, the problem is not yet solved for me:

 When I enter "http://192.168.1.120/cm?user=Admin&password=1234&cmnd=WebServer%201" in the browser, the GUI switches to "user" mode. So far everything is correct. However, this seems to be a dead end, because the line "http://192.168.1.120/cm?user=Admin&password=1234&cmnd=WebServer%202" does not lead back to the "admin" mode.

Where is my fault?

Once you have set Webserver 2 you should then see the full UI when you enter the IP address.

Yes, actually I should. But I stay in user mode and not the full UI ist displayed.
Is a syntax error the cause? So I am in user mode and enter http://<ip>/cm?user=admin&password=1234&cmnd=WebServer%202
Then I close the browser, start it again and enter the IP of the device. UI starts in user mode again...

Using MQTT fx or MQTT Explorer you can send cmnd/xxx/webserver 2

Made it with Node Red and Mosquitto. Like this, there's no problem, is working perfect. But I prefere to do that only with the browser. Looking forward to solve the problem.

You can use publish cmnd/xxx/webserver 2 in the console of another device which is the closest you'll get. Remember the UI is only supposed to be a convenience not the main method of control - Tasmota is designed around MQTT.
