Hello.

I flashed more than 20pcs of Sonoff wall switches (TX T1EU & T2EU two gang model) with Tasmota 12.0.1. Lately I had the following problem.

In some units the second touch pad was working perfectly but the first touch pads is not responding although when I a pressing the touch pad sensor this is recognized with a beep sound.

Please note that I used the same setup with the switches that don't have a problem.

All problematic units (totally 3) are working properly when they are controlled through Wi-Fi by TASMOTROL Dashboard installed on my mobile.

Any suggestion?

Emmanuel

First thing is to check the revision number on the circuit boards.
If there's a hardware change no amount of guessing will help.

Good morning Philip. I just checked all my boards single or double gang and they are all the same T1EU TOUCH  V 1.0  2018.10.03.

If the outputs are working there must be an issue with GPIOs on the input or the numbering.

Can you upload a screenshot of the Module Configuration page. If you are using a Template that page too.

Hello,
I use 5 sonoff T2 EU for my covers without problem. I use an old version because binaries released didn't include cover option but gpios could be same.

Philip these are the menus you requested.

Comparing the similar menus that j.ch...@gmail.com send us further up the only difference I have noticed is that my Tasmota version is 12.0.2 than version  8.4.0 .

I am thinking to try to flash my sonoff switches with a previous Tasmota version.

j.ch...@gmail.com  Please note that I managed to flash more than 20 switches before the problem arise. That's why I am stuck ....

You have still missed the Configure Other page. It looks like you have a Template entered but I don't know if it is activated

Philip I forgot to mention that I was experimenting with the code (numbers) in the top menu in the OTHER by trying to change the code addresses. I managed to control channel 1 from the second touch pad but nothing more. It is like the channel 1 touch pad is dead for control but as I mentioned it is responding with a beep when I touch it for long periods.

Once you Activate it sets the Configuration. De-activating doesn't change the Configuration but only allows you to make changes in the Configuration window.
Leave it de-activated go to Configure Module and change the module to Generic. After it restarts put in the GPIO settings from the Template. See what happens after the restart.

I have started from RESET CONFIGURATION and at the clean setup I set CONFIGURE MODUEL to generic (0). Then from menu CONFIGURE TEMPLATE I changed all parameters as in SONOFF T1 2CH (29). After restart I got the same condition. Disappointing. Any other idea ?

Ignore the template. Deactivate it and make the changes in Configure Module page. It's too easy to make a mistake in the Template which is really difficult to spot.

I am afraid I don’t know the script code to make it from the OTHER menu.

Of course I can read the script code from a working switch and I can copy it to the problematic. What do you think?

Do you think that Tasmota version may affect the flashing with problem?

Have you tried to increase pulsetime from console.
exemple:
pulsetime1 2

PulseTime affects the outputs and automatically switches the output off – pulsetime1 2 will make output 1 switch off after 0.2s
