The Java Analyzer 4.0 generates a common-java:DuplicatedBlocks
false positives for Mojo classes:
Block #1 (project css-splitter-maven-plugin):

Block #2 (project lesscss-maven-plugin):

I use different names for parameters. I know that comments are very similar, but I cannot (and don't want) create a parent class to inherit fields with documentations.
I also know that the detection of duplication is quite complex -
so should I mark this as Won't Fix or there is a chance that the
rule will stop to mark this type of code?

My projects are build by Maven.
