Hello everyone,

It has benn a long time since I get back in Solidray, and start to do some new tests. This time, it was the calibration of the machine.

After several prints, I've noticed that every print had the same problem, as you can see in the next image the "a" and "b" (with supports) prints:

I've even tried to increase the exposure time to 15000 ms/ layer to get them harder, but it seems it didn't change anything.
Does any one know how to avoid this? As I increased the exposure time, and it din't change the time at all, is it possible to reset it? Or there is another solution that I'm missing?

Thanks a lot for your attention.
Cheers,

FA

Hi Fernando.
It looks like an insufficient supports problem. Have your tried to increase the number os supports for those hanging area? What resin are you using?

Hello,

One of the prints have suports and the other doesn't. It seems to have the same results. I'm not using the CW supports, as I don't get along very much with them. I'll try to increase the supports manualy.
As for the resin, I'm still with the castable FTD.

Thanks for your attention,
Cheers,
