Very very shocking and disturbing.
In proven cases of corruption the accused are let off in the absence of lack of sufficient evidence.
Like school children judges enjoy large holidays 3 times an year.
Thanks Sri Suryanarayana garu for sharing the video

Starting today, the Supreme court is on a two-week winter vacation and will be operating at just 6% of its capacity., I read .It is said that there are currently 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 91,080 of them are pending in the Supreme Court.

Children in nursery are going to school at 7.30am in this biting cold and these entitled judges enjoy their winter vacations!

When police, doctors, Fire Service, Army and emergency services function round the clock, the justice system must also ensure continuity for citizens.

Why do we need judges, when AI can do better.. And faster.. Without taking any vacations? 🤔

A judge can go  on a vacation, a judiciary cannot.

Vacations are normal everywhere.
Long, collective shutdowns — while crores of cases are pending — are not.

Oh Bhagavan! please save indians living in india.

Hats off to you for giving the details regarding the case in question .

I can quote dozens of such cases .

Worked in an organisation where I had the privilege of knowing things taking place at the highest level .

Gone through the nothings and  actions taken by several CMs and U cabinet ministers .

It may not be surprising if I disclose that 99% of the people who matter in all the so called wings of democracy are totally corrupt.

During my interrogation/ questioning / enquiries , top level AIS officers used to admit their helplessness for following / taking actions on verbal  instructions and implicating innocent and honest officials to save their skins .
All those  B……, have vested interests.

Lotus is equally corrupt , if not more, as that of hand . None is above board .

Pl go through the below list for perusal to know , how honest officials are hounded 👇

The All India Service (AIS) officer who holds the record for the maximum number of transfers is retired IAS officer
Pradeep Kasni, with 71 transfers in his 35-year career.
Retired IAS officer Ashok Khemka is also widely known for frequent transfers and holds a near-record number, with 57 transfers in his 34-year career. He is often referred to as one of India's most transferred officers, with the transfers often perceived as a result of his efforts to expose corruption and resist political pressure.
Here are some of the officers known for receiving a high number of transfers:
  • Pradeep Kasni (Haryana cadre, 1984 batch HCS officer later elevated to IAS): Transferred a total of 71 times before his retirement in February 2018.
  • Ashok Khemka (Haryana cadre, 1991 batch): Transferred 57 times during his 34-year service, before retiring in April 2025.
  • Vineet Chaudhary (Himachal Pradesh cadre): Received 52 transfers in his 31-year career.
  • Winston Mark Simon (Assam-Meghalaya cadre): Transferred 50 times during his 36-year service.
  • Kusumjit Sindhu (Punjab cadre): Transferred 46 times.
These frequent transfers highlight a recurring issue within the Indian bureaucracy, where officers known for their integrity and adherence to rules are often moved from sensitive or high-profile postings.
PS: Except a couple of of members in this group  ,
Others can understand the intricacies of Govt functioning

Good Govt servants being shuttled and villains well protected are in service ; I had it in 40 years; so its quite natural; and many serve diplomatically; some crack under the pressure. KR IRS 231225
