A small boy parks his bicycle nearer to Parliament house.Then starts walking.
A police constable stops him and asks him " why did you park your bicycle here. Don't you know about this road. Many MPs and VIPs pass through this road.
Boy " Don't worry.I have locked my bicycle for safety !"

Of Course as a joke, OK. But all these things are happening right under our nose. People do not equivocally raise their voice. Hence they rule as they like.One man of a state within a nation flouts the national anthem and jibes at the Governor which is broad casted for hours together. What could we do? Another disrespects other nations and talks tall as if a cinema Hero the whole world is watching around helpless
