What an exciting exchange of knowledge between two scholarly professors: Prof. Seshadi and College Prof. YM garu.

And what a breeze of fresh air in this forum, after all! God garu, thank you for creating some breathing space in this forum!!

I could not resist from jumping on to this thread...My example:

She said that that 'that' that that he said was wrong.

Here is how this funny sentence is grammatically correct...

She said that... (conjunction) — This first "that" introduces a subordinate clause.
  • ...that 'that'... (demonstrative pronoun) — The second "that" refers to the specific word "that."
  • ...that that... (relative pronoun) — The third "that" introduces a relative clause describing the word "that" (that the person used).
  • ...he said was wrong. (conjunction) — The fourth "that" is understood, but is often omitted.
  • ...'that' that... (relative pronoun) — The fifth "that" refers to the word 'that' again.

Sir,
Every word can be used to perform every function of Grammar. The problem before every language is languaging the gigantic 99.9965% of the total reality in the invisible spectrum. The second problem is with mathematics. You cannot write a single sentence using only numerals.Just write this small sentence-'I respect you',using only numerals without words.
