I have practical knowledge on yoga and endorse his ideas. 

I don’t want to boast my self with some one in this group 

Educating a person is different from boasting too much of himself or herself and belittling the other one , which is very bad both in tone and tenor . 

One has to get and command respect from others by his behaviour .

I follow his videos and being a student of Science ,(   biology )  I know most of these things .

Moreover completed 8 PGs so far and gained  lot of useless knowledge ( boasting 😃? . 

One should have highest degree of common sense and confidence besides basic knowledge regarding anatomy and physiology of the body .
