Well, I thought I would put a higher pitch prop on my Endurance sloper today. I went from a 10x6 to an 8.5x8.  It had a lot more pep and flew beautifully for two very fun flights.

On the third flight I thought I would see what happens with full throttle.

Here are the recovered pieces.  Thanks to Terry Pierce for helping me collect them, scattered several acres.  Notice that the motor's stator was pulled clear out of the can!  Terry says he's never seen this happen before. The wing and tails survived, miraculously unharmed. Guess I will build a stronger pod.

Looks like you exceeded the "TNE" (thrust never exceed) :)

Looks good Dan. I'm 2 weeks into my new Purito fuselage. It's been quite a challenge even thought its a kit.

Flies better than before!  Thanks mucho to Gregg and Kirby for the professional quality preflight checks and launches.

Good stuff!
Looking at my empty workbench this morning.   Ready for next build.
Maybe get a powered sailplane going.
