Installation trouble of Smuthi Package

I am using Windows 10

I have created a new Conda environment.

I tried installing Smuthi, but I get an error

python -m pip install smuthi

Here is what happens when I tried to download the package from the repository and use the local install command. Another error

Hey Vlad,

Could you please try to install any other package through pip, e.g. "python -m pip install pyyaml"? I guess that the same will happen.

If yo, maybe this StackOverflow post can help you to sort things out.

Thanks for the suggestion. I figured it out. The problem was my proxies. Fixed them and was able to download and install and execute the package from the command line with 'python mycode.py'

ONE FOLLOW ON QUESTION: I tried running some examples from Jupyter and they don't seem to run well (as opposed to the command line). Is that a well known problem or is it something on my end as well?
